Piano lume is in beta

We’re still building Piano lume. Features may change, and you may find bugs. We’d love to hear about them through the feedback button.

Your account

• You must be 13 or older to create an account.
• Give accurate information and keep your password to yourself.
• You’re responsible for what happens in your account.
• You can delete your account at any time from your Profile.

Premium

• Premium costs $7.99 a month or $69.99 a year. New members get a 3-day free trial. In the iPhone and Android apps, the App Store or Google Play shows the price in your currency before you buy.
• Premium renews automatically at the end of the trial and of each billing period until you cancel. Cancel anytime from your Profile; you keep Premium until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Cancel during the trial and you won’t be charged.
• Payments on the website are handled by Stripe. Except where the law says otherwise, payments aren’t refunded, but if something went wrong, contact us and we’ll do our best to make it right.
• Bought in the app? Premium bought in the iPhone or Android app is billed by Apple or Google to your Apple ID or Google Play account. Manage or cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings, at least 24 hours before it renews. Refunds for those purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their rules. Premium works on the website too, with the same account.

Music you upload (My Music)

• Only upload music you have the right to use. Pieces you upload are for your own practice.
• Pieces are read and saved on your own device, not on Piano lume’s servers, and can’t be shared with other people through Piano lume. You keep any rights you have in what you upload, and you’re responsible for having the right to use it.

Fair use

Don’t misuse Piano lume: no attacking or overloading the service, trying to get into other people’s accounts, copying our lessons and arrangements in bulk, or getting around Premium. We may suspend accounts that do.

Our content

Lessons, arrangements, artwork and the Piano lume name and logo belong to Piano lume. Many songs are traditional or in the public domain; our arrangements of them are our own.

No guarantees

Piano lume is provided “as is”. We work hard to keep it running and accurate, but we can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, Piano lume isn’t liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

Changes, law and contact

We may update these terms; we’ll change the date at the top and tell members about important changes. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA. Questions? Use the Send feedback button.
